At Del Toro Coffee, we offer flexible purchasing options to ensure you never run out of your favorite freshly roasted coffee. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these purchase types.

COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a coffee subscription, you'll receive regular deliveries of freshly roasted Del Toro Coffee every month on your purchase date.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery on the day your coffee is shipped.

Managing Your Subscription

You can easily manage your subscription at any time:

  • Skip a delivery: Going on holiday? Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Pause subscription: Take a break without canceling
  • Update quantity: Adjust the number of bags per delivery
  • Cancel anytime: No lock-in contracts or cancellation fees

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime before your next payment date
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • If you cancel after coffee has been sent, that delivery will be fulfilled and charged, but all future deliveries will be canceled
  • Refunds for unused subscription credits will be processed within 5-7 business days

LIMITED EDITION PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally, we offer pre-orders for:

  • Special seasonal releases
  • Limited edition single-origin coffees
  • Exclusive roaster collaborations

Pre-Order Terms

  • Payment: Full payment collected at time of pre-order
  • Fulfillment: Estimated ship dates provided at checkout
  • Communication: Email updates on order status and any delays

Pre-Order Cancellation

  • Before sending: Full refund available anytime before the roast date
  • After roasting: Standard returns policy applies (see our Returns Policy)
  • Delays: If we cannot fulfill within 30 days of the estimated date, you may cancel for a full refund

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Before Shipping

You can modify or cancel any order (subscription or one-time) up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date by contacting info @deltoro.coffee

After Shipping

Once your coffee has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information about returns and refunds.
