AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Processing Times
- Orders received by 7:00 AM AEST on business days will be processed and shipped the same day
- Orders placed after 7:00 AM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- All orders are sent with a tracking number
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped via Australia Post, delivery times are typically:
- Melbourne Metro: 1-2 working days
- Regional Victoria: 2-3 working days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2-4 working days
- Canberra & Hobart: 2-5 working days
- Darwin and Interstate Regional areas: 3-10 working days
Shipping Rates
- FREE Standard Shipping: All orders over $60
- For Orders Under $60, and weight 500G or less: A flat rate of $11.95
- For Orders Under $60, and weigh between 500G and 1KG: A flat rate of $14.95
Delivery Instructions
- Australia Post has authority to leave your delivery at your address if you're not home
- Packages will be left in a safe place to ensure hassle-free delivery
- If no safe place is identified, your coffee will be available for collection at your local Australia Post outlet
- A delivery card will be left with collection details
Important Delivery Information
- Please double check your shipping details at checkout
- Del Toro Coffee is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- We cannot offer refunds for goods delivered to an incorrect address
- Redelivery may incur administration and restocking fees
