Refund policy

As coffee is a perishable food product, we have a quality guarantee policy rather than a standard returns policy.

OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE

We're committed to delivering exceptional quality freshly roasted coffee. If you're not satisfied with your order for any of the following reasons, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Coffee arrived damaged or with broken packaging
  • Wrong coffee or incorrect order received
  • Coffee has quality issues (stale, off flavors, or not as described)
  • Missing items from your order

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

To report a problem with your order:

  1. Contact us at info @deltoro.coffee within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Describe the problem in detail

We'll work with you to make it right through a replacement, refund, or store credit.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To process your claim, we'll need:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos showing the issue (damaged packaging, wrong product, etc.)
  • The coffee in its original packaging where possible
  • Description of the quality concern

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Coffee that has been opened and consumed beyond sampling
  • Orders placed more than 7 days ago
  • Sale items or gift cards (unless defective or incorrect)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info @deltoro.coffee with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

You will not need to return damaged coffee in most cases - we'll assess the issue from your photos and description.

WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong coffee, please contact us at info @deltoro.coffee within 7 days. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item if needed.

REFUNDS

Once we've reviewed your claim and approved your refund request, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
